Jerry Barnes, our MD, delivered an invited presentation on salt-related food safety issues at Mitchells and Butlers’ ‘Salt Innovation Day’. The day was organised to provide information and guidance to the MAB supply chain on how to meet their public commitments on salt reduction, and introduce market leading solutions and technical expertise to help achieve this.
