The award was announced and presented to Jerry Barnes, Co-Founder and Managing Director of Geneius, at the Society of Food Hygiene and Technology (SOFHT) Annual Awards Luncheon – this year held at the Landmark Hotel, London, and attended by over 500 industry representatives.
